They say that in order to increase the amount of exercise you get in a day, when you need to relay a message to a coworker to get up and walk to that coworker instead of calling, emailing or texting them. Does this theory still apply when you have to walk through the lunch/break area to get to the coworker and you stop and grab a handful of this on the way there AND back?
