baking!

I've turned into some kind of baking fiend.

Sunday night - the dinner rolls.
Monday night - buttermilk biscuits.
Tuesday night - Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies (with some dough frozen for later!)

I've been wanting cookies for weeks but I'm generally too lazy to cook. But these were so freaking easy. Particularly since I only baked on cookie sheet worth. I think that is what about making cookies annoys me. I have to fill a sheet, wait for them to be done, take the cookies off the sheet, put dough on the sheet...and keep repeating until I'm out of dough. That just takes way too long.

Oh, and the recipe for these came from the Pioneer Woman. Only she took much better pictures of them. And I mixed in Chocolate Chips (about half a bag).
